Walk a Mile in Her Shoes® gives men and women the opportunity to help raise awareness about domestic violence against all genders by walking one mile around the Warehouse District wearing comfortable shoes. Men are encourage to wear women heels.

|5:30 PM||Welcome from DVCAC Board Members|
|6:00 PM||Walk begins at the corner of West 6th and Lakeside|
|6:45 PM||Walk Ends||Awards, Door Prizes, Raffles, Food, Music, and Collection of Shoes|
The walk completion celebration will take place at the Dive Bar starting at 6:45 PM. We will have music, door and raffle prizes (including an Amazon Echo!), food, and a 2018 Walk a Mile t-shirt for all participants registered by June 15th.
NEW THIS YEAR: Get your glue guns ready! One lucky participant with the most creative pair of heels will win a gift basket of gift certificates for a night out on the town to Northeast Ohio’s best bars and restaurants valued at $250.00+!
Participants are encouraged to collect donations to help raise critical funds for Domestic Violence & Child Advocacy Center’s programs reaching over 25,000 individuals in Cuyahoga County each year.
Bring Your Own Heels – $30.00 ▪ Need to Use DVCAC Heels – $50.00 ▪ Wear Regular Shoes – $100
Registration will open up May 7th and close August 15th at 11:59 PM. A t-shirt is guaranteed for all participants who register by August 6th. An extra $5 dollar fee will be added for those who register at the door of the even on August 16th.
